Understanding
In company specific trainings we generate consciousness for language, terminology, personal models as well as the assumptions of the counterpart.
By training on the job we train targeted questioning, to challenge what has been said and to admit when something is not yet really clear. Our goal is to improve the ability to “see the picture in the others mind” to be sure to understand what she/he intends to do. We enable you to realize and to communicate your own personal models. Both steps are the premises to recognize whether the chosen approaches fit to together and achieve the described goal. Understanding is the key for the knowledge development process, the core of any innovation.
Decision making and implementation
Several reasons exist for delayed, unsustainable decisions and lacking implementation:
- Personality
- Inadequate information quality
- Unclear decision making process
- Company culture
We analyze the reasons, develop measures and implement them by “Doing” – through coaching and sparring management teams or individual managers.
